Unfortunately we cannot simply upload these files, because you have probably
changed some of them. I noticed that you found some errors and fixed them.
(I guess errors, that did not affect my system to upload to the ppa.)

I think our changes must be merged manually. My current files work to create
a working system in the PPA 'ppa:mkusb/unstable' directly from my computer.

I have split mkusb 10.6.6 into 'mkusb 11.0.1' and 'usb-pack-efi 11.0.1'

We should remove 'usb-pack-efi' (and the compiled code) from the FOSS
version for a debian or ubuntu repository.

This means that

- 'debian/control' should be modified (remove the section about
usb-pack-efi) for the FOSS branch.

- 'debian/usb-pack-efi.install' should only be uploaded to the PPA branch,
but not to the FOSS branch.

- 'usb-pack-efi' should only be uploaded to the PPA branch, but not to the
FOSS branch.

- And of course, we should also remove 'mkusb_sdir/usb-pack_efi.tar.gz'
from all branches.

- 'usb-pack_sdir/usb-pack_efi.tar.gz' should only be uploaded to the PPA
branch, but not to the FOSS branch (the file is moved).

* Whatever you have modified in the files listed here must be considered and
re-edited in order to get it merged correctly.
